Welcome to the Numbers Club - a great way for you to support your Village Hall whilst having a little flutter! Here's how it works ....
Please complete the Membership Form below and send payment via BACS.
Our Numbers Club Administrator will confirm receipt of your Membership Form and payment . She will then send you your own unique Numbers Club draw number.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO JOIN?
To join the Numbers Club, £12.00 buys you one annual membership number and £6.00 buys you a six month membership number which enters you into the monthly draw.
All participants must be over the age of 18. The draw takes place on the first Monday of each month.
If you are a lucky winner, payment will be posted or delivered to the address you have provided. The names of the Winners will be published on our Facebook Page.
NUMBERS CLUB RULES
- For the cost of £1.00 per month (i.e per draw) you will be allocated one number between 1 and 200.
- A draw will be made every month with a 1st, 2nd and 3rd Prize. 1st prize is £40.00, 2nd prize is £5.00 and 3rd prize is £5.00
- The Numbers Club is a private lottery and generally will be limited to members who reside within the Langtoft Parish Boundary, or are Friends of Langtoft Village Hall and are over 18 years of age.
- Payment must be made annually or half yearly.
- Members will only be entered into the Draw if their subscription is paid up to date.
- If renewal payment is not made by the due date, Member will have been deemed to have left the Numbers Club and their number will be reallocated. No refunds will be given.
- The draw will be held monthly in the presence of at least 2 Committee Members.
- The names and numbers for each month's prize winners will be posted on our Facebook Page.
- The Numbers Club will be run by the LVHMC and in case of any dispute the decision of the LVHMC is final.
- Participants can cancel their entry at any time by giving one month's notice to the Numbers Club Administrator.
